ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive claims from Customers and make after sales assessment for warranty cases.
- Ensure that all complaints are dealt with in an efficient, customer focused and timely manner and that all relevant documentation is processed according to warranty procedures.
- Report spare parts needed for claims to the After Sales Manager for further handling.
- Prepare, file and communicate claim decisions (positive or negative) to service partners.
- Work with order processing to handle spare parts dispatch.
- Keep records, analyze incident data and prepare reports on product malfunctions, and forward internally as required for further action.
- Collaborate with and support the After Sales Manager with daily duties in the after-sales support processes including trainings, product demonstrations, installations.
- Any other duties as reasonably required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in engineering or technical school.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Ability to repair forestry and gardening machines.
- Computer literacy.
- Prior experience in similar functions will be appreciated.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Good knowledge of English and Driving license are necessary.
