ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive claims from Customers and make after sales assessment for warranty cases.
  • Ensure that all complaints are dealt with in an efficient, customer focused and timely manner and that all relevant documentation is processed according to warranty procedures.
  • Report spare parts needed for claims to the After Sales Manager for further handling.
  • Prepare, file and communicate claim decisions (positive or negative) to service partners.
  • Work with order processing to handle spare parts dispatch.
  • Keep records, analyze incident data and prepare reports on product malfunctions, and forward internally as required for further action.
  • Collaborate with and support the After Sales Manager with daily duties in the after-sales support processes including trainings, product demonstrations, installations.
  • Any other duties as reasonably required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in engineering or technical school.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Ability to repair forestry and gardening machines.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Prior experience in similar functions will be appreciated.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Good knowledge of English and Driving license are necessary.
