The Contact Center Representative (CCR) provides front-line support to internal and external customers through in-person and remote channels, including phone, email, chat, and self-service forms. This includes first-level IT support, ticket triage, Tier 0/1 troubleshooting, and handling incidents and service requests according to established processes and targets. The CCR also answers Embassy calls not routed by the auto attendant, directing them to the appropriate service, group, or extension. Additional duties include issuing loanable equipment such as laptops, phones, radios, and tablets, along with basic user training. The role also covers administrative tasks like maintaining contact databases, supporting VIPs and visitors, managing mobile plans and service, and submitting time and attendance reports, as well as participating in Diplomatic Technology initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one (1) year (full-time equivalent) experience in customer service or office administration.
LANGUAGE (this may be tested):
- English: Good working (reading/writing/speaking)
